I am an independent safeguarding consultant with over 17 years of experience as a registered nurse, health visitor, Safeguarding Advisor, and Named Nurse for Child Protection. I specialise in complex, high-risk child protection cases, with particular expertise in serious violence, child exploitation, child sexual abuse, and the intersection of race, ethnicity, and safeguarding practices. My work combines strategic leadership with frontline insight, allowing me to support safeguarding partnerships and organisations in critically reflecting, learning, and strengthening multi-agency practices.
